Being horse owners for many years we realise how expensive our sport is and how time consuming looking and keeping horses can be. With this in mind we want to make shopping with us easy and pleasurable
Condition of Sale
The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery but the ownership thereof remains in the company until payment has been received
Returns and Damages
A refund or exchange will be given if goods are returned in their original packaging (at customer expense) unsoiled and unused
within 14 days of receipt. (Due to Health & Safety at Work Act 1974)
Faulty
Items must be returned to us for inspection immediately and if necessary will be forwarded to the manufacturer for testing
This process will take up to 28 days to complete and no refund or replacement will be issued until the process is complete. Postage will be reimbursed on justified claims
Proof of Postage
Is recommended for all returned items as we do not compensate for parcels lost or damaged in transit
Product Descriptions
Whilst every effort is made to ensure product descriptions are correct, we reserve the right to effect changes. These will be notified to the customer before the order is despatched
