Welcome to our About Me page! Simple Desires is a subsidiary of Tabathas Temptations, a small family run business.

We have been trading since 2004, earning ourselves PowerSeller status on eBay due to our high levels of customer service and satisfaction. We are mail order only and deliver quality lingerie items to your door, all items are packed discreetly. For a small charge we will also gift wrap on request for that added personal touch, if it is a gift for a loved one. We treat our customers as we would expect to be treated ourselves.

Y We prefer PayPal and also accept Postal Orders and Cheques
Y Please pay within 3 days of auction ending

Postage
Y We ship out all items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (this will take at least 3 working days for Cheques)
Y You will be emailed once we've dispatched you item(s)
Y Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class  as standard with the option to upgrade to Recorded Delivery
Y In the event your item is lost in the post, please wait 15 working days for claim to be processed with Royal Mail

Returns
Y We accept returns within 14 days of receipt
Y Items must be in condition as received, with tags and packaging where appropriate and sent via traceable means
Y We CANNOT accept returns on underwear if any packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons
Y We DO NOT refund postage unless a fault has occurred on our part
