Where are my tickets?
‘In Hand’ tickets are posted within 24hours of cleared payment.
If you have placed an order and the tickets are not ‘In Hand’ then they will be dispatched once received from the promoters.
Specially printed ‘souvenir tickets’ are usually released late, as are general admission tickets (to prevent forgery and fraud). The trend lately is for promoters to release tickets as late as possible, so your tickets may not reach you until shortly before the concert. Don’t worry we have never failed to get tickets to the buyer on time!
Tickets are always posted via an insured signed for service.
My friend’s got his tickets, why haven’t you sent mine?
The tickets we sell are often sourced from various promoters; each promoter sends their tickets out within their own time frame. So it’s likely your friend’s tickets were bought from a different source.
My tickets have been lost/damaged or stolen. What can you do?
Nothing – Sorry, but tickets are like cash. If you lose them then they cannot be replaced.
I’m interested in buying your tickets, can you tell me the seat numbers please?
No. Seat numbers are NEVER revealed to prospective buyers. This is to protect the identity of the person that eventually buys the tickets. There are also a few unscrupulous people out there that duplicate tickets to resell in a fraudulent way – not revealing seat numbers prevents this.
However, most of our listings show a seating plan with a fair indication of where your seats are.
Can I cancel for any reason after I have placed an order?
Sorry, all sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund your order once you have paid for it.
Please note that the right to cancel or ‘cooling off period’ provided by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the sale of event tickets. All sales are final.
What happens if the concert is cancelled?
If the concert is cancelled please return your tickets to us via Special Delivery with a covering letter stating your eBay user ID and Item number. Providing the tickets are received in good condition a refund will then be issued.
If the concert is rescheduled then your tickets remain valid for the new date and a refund cant be given.
I bought tickets from you last week and now you are charging less for them! Why is this?
Our ticket prices fluctuate with supply and demand, if the market is flooded with tickets for a particular event then the price will naturally drop. However in most cases the prices for tickets will rise rather than fall.
I’ve just emailed you a question / submitted an offer, when will you reply?
We try to respond to all email enquiries within a few hours. In rare instances a reply may take 24 hours.
I've looked at your feedback buts its all private, why is this?
We only sell tickets on eBay, so every feedback you read is for a ticket transaction. Many of our buyers buy tickets from us for gifts to friends and relatives. Private feedback helps them keep their purchase anonymous.
Why do you charge more than face value for the tickets you sell?
Our selling price includes a premium to cover the time taken to source such sought after tickets, pay eBay’s fees, Paypal fees and income TAX.
