I have been selling on Ebay for a number of years. My shop specializes in Beauty Products, I typically sell Clarins, Decleor and Benefit brands – my favourite brands but often get other ones as well. I am able to sell my products at a cheaper price than the shops as often the outer packaging is damaged but the product inside is new or there is no packaging.
I will always try to describe my product as accurately as possible and any mistakes made I will try to rectify quickly. I aim to give a good service to my customers packing my items in bubble wrap or a jiffy bag to avoid damage. I like to be customer focused and hopefully deliver a quality service.
Terms and Conditions
I do not accept returns unless I have made a mistake on the listing. If this is the case I will refund the cost of the item and postage costs upon receipt of the goods.
Postage
I aim to post my items daily to my customers or at least within two business days. I send the majority of my items by Recorded Delivery or First Class Post and obtain a certificate of posting for each item sent. My postage charges include the cost of packaging and administration. I offer combined postage costs for multiple purchases on any item which also offers the customer a great saving.
