Hi there and thank you for visiting Sportslad_uk, which is based in South Yorkshire.

I have always liked sportswear in general and shiny nylon in particular and I have acquired quite a collection, not surprisingly this started to take up a lot of room and I had quite a few of the same things so I decided to sell some on E bay. I pride myself in not selling something which I would not wear myself and aim to provide my customers with a high quality product and a high quality service.

As a web designer it gives me the advantage of being able to create clear, clean cutting edge auctions which stand out from the rest. I always try to show the product at its best and take a lot of trouble to produce photos which will appeal to my customer base.

Posting & Payment

I always obtain proof of postage to the buyer’s address. In the event that your item should go missing I will do the following:

If you have paid postal insurance: An immediate refund (less P+P) will be made when the item has been missing for 15 days in UK or 20 days for the rest of the world – Your claim will always be investigated by Royal Mail for it’s legitimacy and to guard against fraud.

If you have not paid insurance: I will provide Royal Mail with a ‘Lost Post’ form on your behalf – This normally takes 2-3 weeks to process after which, they may decide not to pay the claim…I can take no responsibility in the event that this should happen.

With my items always ending on a Sunday, I aim to get them posted out on Monday morning, so you receive the item no later than Tuesday, obviously assuming the item has been paid for on Sunday night / Monday morning. I am also happy to ship worldwide, please contact me, prior to bidding for postage costs.

I accept most methods of payment including : Pay Pal, Bank Transfer, Personal Cheque, Cash or postal order by registered post and Western Union by prior arrangement.
