• The length of time the seller takes to post your goods, may not be his fault, Did you know the paypal payment you may have sent, will take roughly 7 days to clear in the sellers bank account ? The same with a cheque payment this also takes around 7 days to clear, bearing in mind the seller may not have had time to get to the bank to put the cheque in.  The only way the seller has your money immediately is upon receipt of a postal order. Also please think about the length of time it may have taken the seller to receive your payment due to the mail system etc, so maybe your seller was quick in despatching your goods, after all you may actualy have the goods before the seller has the money...

• Postage includes packaging fees The seller has encountered.  You have got their time / petrol expense to get to the post office / packaging materialsetc,  The jiffy bags etc don't come cheap ! also Sellotape etc (it all works out expensive) So please bear this in mind when using the detailed feedback stars.  (this is why alot of us sellers recycle packaging envelopes etc, to save on waste and also costs to yourself and to them.)

• The length of time it took for your parcel to arrive , again this may not have been the seller's fault, have you checked on the parcel, it will have the date the goods was posted at the post office, so maybe the fault lay with the mail system? and obviously if something has been Shipped Overseas this also needs to be took into consideration. 

• Communication Did you receive your ebay notices, payment received despatched etc / please also think about this before leaving detailed feedback
