OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
PAYMENT	UK BUYERS may pay by Cash (posted via Special Delivery), Crossed Postal Order, Online Bank Transfer, Over-the-Counter Cash Payment at any Branch of our Bank,  Secure Online Payment with UK Credit Cards, Cheque (7 working days clearance required), or PayPal.  We prefer you to pay straight away and expect you to pay within 48 hrs of buying.  If you want to post your payment, please contact us for our current postal address.  If you experience difficulties in paying, please let us know ASAP, and we will agree an alternative payment method with you.
POSTING	We will post your goods from mainland Great Britain.  We do not build in excessive profits to our P&P charges.  We post most Items to most parts of the world.  Each of our Listings should state the available postal destinations for that Item.  Please e.mail us if you require further postal options.  We aim to post to you within 0-2 working days latest of your payment clearing.  We tend to post out very quickly.  We do NOT post to Africa. As with all eBay Sellers, overseas Buyers are responsible for any customs charges/taxes, etc, on goods entering their country. Finally, please note that Sellers are NOT responsible for delivery times, ONLY speed of despatch.
POSTAL INSURANCE & LOST ITEMS	UK BUYERS We post by ‘signed for’ or barcode scanned delivery methods, including Special Delivery (fully insured & tracked with signature on delivery), Recorded Signed For (insured up to £36 with signature on delivery), ParcelForce, or other Courier. OVERSEAS BUYERS We ONLY post by ‘signed for’ or barcode scanned delivery methods.  We use only priority air mail.   If the item is delayed or impounded/held/confiscated by an overseas country’s customs in contravention of any import/customs regulations, then this is the Buyer’s responsibility and not ours.  In other words it is your responsibility to ensure that an Item such as a knife is acceptable to the country accepting/receiving it and that it does not contravene any country's import regulations.  This too is a binding condition of sale and by bidding/buying Overseas Buyers are accepting and agreeing with these conditions. LOSSES - GENERAL If an insured item is reported as lost or damaged in the post, we will claim full compensation on the buyer’s behalf from Royal Mail or carrier.  The exception being Overseas Customs impounding or confiscation of Items (see above).  On receipt of the refund from Royal Mail, we will replace the item.  If an insured item is reported as lost or damaged in the post, we will claim full compensation on the buyer’s behalf from Royal Mail.  On receipt of the refund from Royal Mail, we will replace the item. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to accept delivery.  If no reply is obtained at the address when delivery is attempted, the Buyer is responsible to re-arrange delivery.  We will not entertain any claims for costs or compensation connected with delivery problems or delays. PLEASE NOTE: The above is common to most mail-order operations and postal losses and defective goods are very unusual for us.  Also, please be reminded that Standard Mail (UK) and Standard Air Mail (overseas) are insecure forms of post, with no tracking or guarantee of delivery.  If the item does not arrive, the maximum compensation paid by Royal Mail is currently £36.  We will not use these postal services.  WE ALWAYS OBTAIN A POSTAL RECEIPT FOR EVERY ITEM THAT WE POST, REGARDLESS OF VALUE OR DESTINATION.
REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY GOODS	Faulty goods are very rare, and the Buyer may contact us and arrange to return these to us for inspection.  No return, no replacement.
RETURNS	If you want to make a ‘change of mind’ return of a 'Buy It Now' Item, then we can refund the purchase cost, provided the following conditions are met: DO NOT MAKE USE OF THE ITEM OR ANY OF THE PACKAGE CONTENTS. DO NOT OPEN ANY SEALED ITEMS THAT COME IN THE BOX. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ‘AS SOLD’ CONDITION. The item must be posted back to us to the address on the packaging within 7 days from the date of receipt. There is no right to return Items won in auction Listings.  However, we will consider accepting a ‘change of mind’ return of an Auction Item, provided that certain conditions are met, as advised at the time.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS	Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, 1988, we own the copyright to our eBay Listings.  This includes, but is not limited to, our photographs, designs (other than those owned by eBay), text, and wording.  Any Sellers caught stealing these will be reported to the eBay Power Seller telephone support team.  This invariably results in the Seller’s Listing being ended at their expense, and can also lead to their suspension from eBay.

AND FINALLY...             Rev’d 7 Nov 08	NON-PAYING BUYERS.  99.9% of our Buyers accept that clicking twice on ‘Buy It Now’ entails a legal and contractual obligation to pay.  Unfortunately, 00.1% do not.  These NON-PAYING BUYERS are given every encouragement and support to pay for their purchases.  Only when every avenue of help is exhausted, or if they have refused to pay, do we open an Unpaid Item Dispute to recover our eBay Listing Fees and Final Value Fees on their purchase.  This usually ends with the NON-PAYING BUYER receiving a penalty Unpaid Item Strike from eBay (3 Strikes and they are out) and critical public feedback comments from us.  WE ALWAYS REPORT NON-PAYING BUYERS to eBay & LEAVE THEM CRITICAL FEEDBACK!
