P&P : If you purchase two or more items, then only the highest P&P charge is applicable. All other purchases will be P&P free.

Please Note : Additional P&P charges may apply to the following delivery points;

Scottish Highlands & Islands (PA20 to PA88, PH19 to PH44, PH49, PH50, KA27, KA28 & all HS, IV, KW and ZE postcodes), Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & the Channel Islands.

Smaller & lighter items such as battery chargers & batteries up to and including 18 volts normally do not have an additional courier cost.

Heavier items such as electric drills, electric saws & multiple purchases will usually incur an additional courier cost. As such, we reserve the right to charge any additional cost if applicable.

REFUNDS : In the unlikely event of an item being returned, the return P&P cost will only be refunded under specific circumstances, in line with the distance selling regulations. In addition, the original P&P cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error or the item is faulty. Please read the terms & conditions within the listing.

We take great care packaging all goods to ensure safe shipment. We can not be held responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed in the post. In these instances, any claims will need to be made directly with the courier & we will offer as much assistance as is possible. If an item does not arrive within 7 days of receiving the goods despatch notification, please contact us immediately. Any delay in contacting us can & will reduce the likelihood of resolving the situation by way of a compensation claim against the courier.
 

PAYMENT : We accept payment via PayPal, Cheque, Bankers Draft, Postal Order or Bank Transfer & require that payment is made within 7days. Please contact us if you wish to make payment via Bank Transfer.



VAT : All prices include VAT & a full VAT receipt will be supplied with each purchase.
