How it all began
I returned to modelling a couple of years ago, and like many other modellers, I tend to prefer the locos of my youth, which fortunately, were the last years of steam and early years diesel motive power. Although I buy and sell both Steam and Diesel locos as well as rolling stock, my big favourites are the slightly unususal, such as the Blue Pullman, in its three Triang guises as well as the Kitmaster, the 1500DC Woodhead Electrics (living close to Holmfirth in my youth, the line was just over the hill), and the worlds most powerfull single diesel loco at that time, the raunchy Deltic. I am a modeller at heart, and buy and sell locos to fund my own collection, which is modest. My stock is continually changing, but I usualy have something in O scale from Hornby, Lima, Rivarossi, in OO scale from Hornby Dublo, Wrenn, Bachmann, Hornby, Lima, Mainline and Airfix plus kit built, in HO scale from Lima, Rivarossi, Jouef, Lilliput, Marklin, Flieschmann, Peco, in TT scale from Triang and in N scale from Atlas, Life Like, Lima, Minitrix etc. If you cannot see it in My Shop - send me an e-mail and ask - always glad to hear from you.
