I have been a registered ebayer since 20th Oct 2003 and I'm a registered ebay business.

I've been slowly building my stock range and mainly deal in gifts, toys & home wares.

I have worked really hard over the past few months to make sure that each customer is treated how I would like to be treated (I can't stand bad customer service), and because of this I'm now a Power Seller.

Now I have this status I intend to keep it, and all feedback I receive is even more important to me. Every item purchased will get my full attention in making sure it reaches you quickly, as described and well packaged.

Personal Cheques & Postal Orders in UK Pounds only.

Shipping -

I try to make sure that every item is packaged well and in the condition as the listing describes. If in the unlikely event you have any problems with an item you bought please contact me asap and I will do my best to resolve them.

Returns / Refunds

If you do wish to return an item , please do so within 7 days of receipt and return it in it's original, undamaged and unopened state.
Please notify me before posting if you wish to return an item, just so I know to expect it.
Once received a full refund will be given for initial postage & item costs.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to meet return postage costs.
