Games2collect is very much a family venture.
I started playing board games with my three boys … to balance out the time spent playing computer games with little or no family contact! It then became an obsession; collecting and cataloguing old and new games.
I quickly realised firstly, the huge number and range of board games that have been produced over the years and secondly, the relative speed which many games cease production and become history; seemingly nowhere to be found.
Some games naturally have stood the test of time, remain in production and have become classics. Some though were produced for a limited time to link with a popular movie, TV series, famous celebrity or special event. Some simply ceased to be made for no obvious reason. A few of these perhaps never deserved to see a second edition but many others were absolutely brilliant.
My aim is to celebrate the thousands of board games out there; the famous, the classics, the forgotten, the unique AND the flops and failures.
I am no expert, simply a keen amateur and have still only scratched the surface.
Your comments and questions are appreciated at my games2collect.com website. I also have an on-line reference library of board games accessible via the link below.
Please note: I pride myself on a personal and helpful approach. You see how much I value the feedback rating! However, mistakes can happen.
If a game is not as described I will refund your full costs including P&P for the return. Please note that other returns may be accepted; at your cost using First Class Recorded Delivery; will include your agreement to eBay and PayPal fees reimbursement policies and will incur a discretionary handling charge of 10% of the original cost of the game or £5.00 whichever is greater.
Some of my games have a detailed description and set of pictures. This is my own work and is published on my website. Copyright and intellectual property protection apply. This can only be copied with prior approval. I regret having to use ebay's protection policy (VERO) and would much rather agree amicably.
