If the item(s) that you win cost less than £5.00 your item(s) will be sent by 1st class standard.
If the item(s) that you win cost more than £5.00 then they will be sent by 1st class recorded (or 2nd class recorded - should you wish to pay less on postage, just let me know when the auction has finished and I will send you a new invoice).
Larger items (that weigh between 3kg and 15kg) are sent by my hermes, anything else (over the weight of 15kg to 30 kg) are sent by parcelfore. Both services over a tracking service so you can see where your item(s) are.
If you are bidding on one or more item(s), I will of course combine P&P and give discounts. Just inform me that you are bidding on one or more item(s) and I will send you a new invoice with your combined and discounted P&P price.
Unless you have provided me with prior notice I expect payment to be received by the 4th day (new rules encouraged by ebay), otherwise ebay will be informed and a "unreceived payment" dispute will be opened!
My P&P charges include postage and all packaging that I use, if you do not like my costs, THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID ON MY ITEMS!, P&P is clearly stated on the auction page and if applicable I will always offer more than one postage option and price. So please do not give me poor ratings after you have won and received your item.
Your item(s) will be dispatched within 48hrs of cleared payment, (again don't rate me low for dispatch time as this again is clearly stated on all my auction pages). I will inform you when your item(s) have been posted, your tracking number and the date that you should receive your good(s).
If you encounter any problems at all with your item(s), or transaction (etc) then please inform me in the first instance as most problems can be solved before contacting ebay!
When you have received your item(s) and are satisfied with them, then please leave me positive feedback, as I will of course do the same for you. This also lets me know that you have received your item(s).
All clothing items are washed in non bio and all other items are cleaned with sterile wipes.
I only sell items that I would be willing to buy myself!
