Payments by echeque must clear before items posted

International buyers: please note we can't accept bank transfer, payment should be by paypal or international money order (NOT cheque)

Refunds:
If you want to return an item for a refund, you must notify us within 1 week of receipt, and return within 2 weeks. Refund will be for item value only, unless item is grossly misdescribed, in which case it will include original postage. Items must be returned in condition they left us

Pick up/collection:
Pick ups are by arrangement only, and only for wholesale items. We don't have a shop and are not open to the public.
