I ALWAYS leave feedback for sellers - nice if you could do the same! Also buyers, i will leave you feedback once you have received your item & have left feedback for it, people often ask why i don't leave feedback once they pay, well it's because some amatures & ignorant people tend to communicate by leaving negative feedback instead of using email or ebay messages service to contact sellers. If you buy an item from me & are not happy for any reason - please let me know 1st - that way i can help!
If you buy from me i will endeavour to have your item posted the day after payment.
I specify a pay/contact within 3 days of auction end policy - on all my listings. If you choose to ignore this i will send you invoices daily until an unpaid item dispute is opened then leave negative feedback & an unpaid item strike. If you GENUINELY cannot make payment within 3 days - contact me either while the listing is still active or at the end of listing to let me know, i am a reasonable person & will be happy to wait for payment if there's a good reason.
If you delay your payment then why should i not do the same with your item.....
Postage & Packaging charges DO NOT mean the price i pay to send your item via Royal Mail, they also include the wrapping materials etc & transport to the post office, this is specified in ebay's help pages - so please do not leave negative feedback regarding postage charges, i try & give a good value for money service on postage & do not "bump up prices" by adding huge postage costs to listings like many sellers do - please report these sellers to ebay & help make it a better place for all of us!
I always & only use Recorded Delivery for UK sales & Airsure or International Signed For service for overseas, this is to protect me from unscrupulous buyers claiming non receipt of goods - with a tracking number i can verify exactly when it was delivered & to whom. Also paypal stipulate that to receive any form of refund items must have been sent to a confirmed address & using a traceable postage service, so in the unlikely event of items going missing paypal can assist in disputes & issue a refund as appropriate. I will only offer a refund if i have overcharged for p&p and the actual cost is much less. (Which i HAVE done for several buyers before).
I will send you a message via ebay once your item has been posted/shipped so that you are kept informed of the progress of your purchase - i'm not doing this as a business but still believe that you deserve to be treated as i would expect to be treated as a buyer, with a professional & courteous manner.
