Summary of Selling Policy

Payment	We accept cheques, postal orders. Payment/contact must be made within 7 days otherwise we will register you as a non paying bidder. We will wait for full payment to be received and cleared before sending items. Cheques should be made payable to 'DL Borrell'.
Postage	All postage is to be paid by the winning bidder. We do not make a profit on postage. Postage costs stated are within the UK. If paying by cheque we will wait for the cheque to clear before posting. Goods will always be sent out within 2 working days of the cheque clearing. Sellers are not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Normal Delivery Time 1 to 3 working days United Kingdom only. Hand collection i.e. 'pick ups' can be arranged on agreement.
Refunds & Returns	In the unlikely event that you are disappointed with your purchase, please email templarseries@aol.com. If refunds are requested this will only be done if there is an error on our part, we will not refund on items unless faulty. Refunds are for the cost of the item and the cost of postage. It is up to the customer to pay postage back. We expect the goods to be in perfect condition with original packaging and tags when we receive them back. Refunds will not be paid out until the item is returned.
