Hi my name is Paul I am divorced and have two young daughters who live with me half the time and I spend far too much time on ebay!
I have been selling on ebay 5 years and since 2004 I have sold clothing by Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch back then there was hardly any items for sale by these brands on ebay uk you had to buy from sellers in America. But back then you could buy 25 items at a time in the sale on the Abercrombie website (hoodies&tops $9.99 each) and then sell them here on ebay uk here for a good profit. I did this alot you cant do it anymore they dont even have sales on af website anymore.
So I Know I have been selling these brands longer than anyone else on ebay uk I'd like to think I know what Im doing.
I only sell what I know to be genuine & authentic,. Thats the starting point for everything I sell. Its called "overstock" basically its relatively small amounts of surplus stock which becomes availble when a order has been completed for a company at the factory were its produced. I get my items from a factory outlet I have used the same supplier for over 4 years I dont sell anything Im unsure about because I dont buy anything other than from my trusted source. .
Now I still get asked every week the "authentic" question so what can I do to re-assure you? Well every month from now on I will put up a picture here of a item I bought from either the Abercrombie store in London or Abercrombie.com website along with the receipt and one of my items from the factory. This will be a item Im currently selling in my ebay shop. This is just as a added re-assurance so you know I know what Im talking about and when I say its authentic you can believe me and be confident your wearing the real thing.
When the Abercrombie store opened in london last year I though it would affect my business but it hasnt in fact its improved things. Well a item which is $49.50 in states is now £50 here in the uk so my items look really good value. I sell my items at around the retail price you would expect to pay in America . When buying from ebay you have to be careful Im not here to talk about anybody else and you have good reason to use caution when buying on ebay. But there are some good sellers who know what they are doing and there are some grey area's where bargains can be had! and I like to think you have found one of those places here.
I try and describe my items best I can in my listings and use my own words and take my own photo's but if there is something else you need to know or what to ask about a item just email me
I try give my customers the best service I can but I do this on my own if I make a mistake I will gladly put it right given the chance. I know its quite difficult buying clothes online without seeing them in person, trying them on etc so if you have any concerns when you get your item then you can email and I normally respond quickly via email. I do refunds and exchanges stock permitting if you offer to pay the postage I dont mind.
