You will only be able to pay for goods via PayPal, personal cheque and Postal Order (we only accept PayPal from outside the UK). If you do not have a credit card registered with eBay then you may have problems in bidding and paying. Can we suggest that you register your credit card or debit card with eBay as this is a security feature that eBay have put in place for your peace of mind and ours.
All our bead art and other such hand made goods have been made by us or our family to our own specific designs. We have obtained any rights and permissions from all related parties to either sell, use or copy any design patents, copyrights or trade marks that they have where possible. All our designs and hand made goods (where necessary) have been altered from the original with permissions from the owners so as to identify these goods as our own and not a copy. This therefore does not affect anyone’s intellectual rights.
All returns are covered by PayPals rules on return items and the buyer is liable for any returns postage as highlighted in our Q&A section and within our shop.
All the audio, CD that we sell are sold under distributor license from the author from whom we have been given the full licenses and permissions to resell on. Others are out of copyright or no copyright was made. Some have been made by ourselves or other members of our family of which we own the intellectual rights to these products.
If you feel that we may have transgressed in any way please contact us before using the VeRO system (intellectual rights) and we will amend the offending advert or take it off completely. We will do this under the auspice of fair and equal trade amongst other members of this site. If found after investigation that items are incorrect or illegal they will be removed immediately.
All our pictures are copyrighted as are our individual headings for our hand made goods. Any one found copying any part of our adverts or pictures will after a polite message from us will be reported to the Auction site owners if the advert is not changed or removed. We believe that a personal touch rather than using non diplomatic methods always works and is pleasanter for both parties involved.
Any one found to be using a VeRO against us illegally will be reported to the auction site owners and the Police as this in UK law is deemed an actual threat, of which the maximum penalty is 3 months in prison or a £10,000 fine. As previously stated we hope that a message before hand would be enough, but we do hold the right to see your copyright, patent or other such legal paperwork as laid down in UK law. Failure to do so when requested in a case of copyright theft is also an illegal act and will be noted against you if any criminal proceedings take place.
Yes we have done my homework, and unfortunately there are some unscrupulous people out there who hope to get away with it with bullish tactics. But now the law is on our side and we are thank full for that, any way one of our children is a lawyer which helps somewhat.

In which we are the only people allowed to sell under the concept of CDBook. Anyone listing a CDBook is in breach of copyright laws. We hasten to add that cd book or any versions are not and can not be copyrighted.
