Honesty:

- I truly believe in the old maxim Honesty Is The Best Policy and do my very best to live up to it in all areas of my life.
For that reason you can be certain I will never knowingly deceive you as to the condition of something I am selling so if you have any questions just send me a message and I answer honestly and truthfully.
- I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours but generally answer much faster than that - my record to date is under three minutes but please don't hold me to that!

Communication:

- I will use the eBay message system to keep you informed throughout the transaction; to acknowledge your payment, advise of shipping, provide tracking numbers etc. and trust each transaction will be as smooth and enjoyable as can be.
- I check for eBay messages several times an hour throughout the day but only check my email once a day, late evening, so if you need to ask me something you really should use the eBay message system. However, if you do choose to use email it will almost certainly take a full 24 hours to get a reply...
- I appreciate some people are a lot happier talking on the telephone so if you are one of those people please request my telephone number using the eBay message system and I will send it to you so we might arrange a convenient time for a conversation.
- Please be aware you may not be able to contact me if you choose to withold your Caller ID by using 141. However, if your Caller ID is normally withheld please mention it when you request my number and I will tell you how to call me without being blocked.

Payment:

- The only form of payment I accept is PayPal so please do not bid unless you have a PayPal account or are prepared to open one. If you win an auction and then refuse to use PayPal I will cancel your bid and issue a non paying bidder strike against you.
- Remember, PayPal is a no cost option for you (the buyer) as it is me (the seller) who gets stuck will all the fees and believe me those fees can easily wipe out any profit on a small sale!

Postage & Packing:

- I ALWAYS use a tracked delivery service with insurance. This is for your protection as much as mine.
- I would like to remind everyone that Postage and Packing is just what it says, Postage and Packing it is more than just what Royal Mail charge me for delivering an item, it covers all my costs including; shipping charge, postal insurance, tracking fee, time, materials, fuel etc. It is not my intention to make a profit on Postage & Packing but I do not see why I should be expected to make a loss!
- If you require multiple purchases to be shipped to the same address I am more than happy to combine postage if that results in a saving for you. Sometimes, however, it is actually cheaper to ship two small packets than one large one!.
- I have been honest and up front with you regarding my carriage charges so if you do not think them reasonable I would prefer you did not bid. Above all, please do not bid if you intend to complain about or quibble over the carriage charges after you have won an item.

Collections:
|
- I am sorry but I do NOT and cannot offer a collection service.
- I am not a business with premises, a receptionist, loading bay, and loads of staff sitting around drinking tea just waiting for you to pop round and pick something up, I am an ordinary person with a busy life who is selling a few odds and ends from my home.

Deliveries:
|
- I will ONLY ship to postal addresses on the UK mainland. Please do NOT bid if you expect me to ship overseas as I will cancel your bid and issue a non paying bidder strike.
- I will do my very best to despatch all items within one working day of receipt of your payment, if there is going to be a delay I will inform you via the eBay message system.
- If payment is received before 10:00am Monday to Friday your item will usually be shipped the same day.
- If payment is received after 10:00am your item will not be shipped until the following working day.
- Please Note: I do not usually ship on Saturdays.

Feedback:

- As a seller I am only able to leave positive feedback so it is only fair that you leave feedback first and I leave mine in response to yours.
- If you have a Zero or Negative Feedback score and wish to bid on one of my items I would be grateful if you could contact me before bidding. Should you fail to do so I reserve the right to cancel your bid and block you from bidding on future auctions.

- For everyone's piece of mind each item I sell has been photographed, invisibly marked and all serial numbers recorded. They are sent by a fully tracked delivery service requiring a signature from the recipient.
- It is in both our best interests if any problems could be reported with 48 hours of receipt.
- In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase or the service I have provided please contact me immediately and I will attempt to resolve the matter to our mutual satisfaction.
- Similarly, I would be most grateful if you could contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback as I am sure any misunderstandings can be sorted out and problems resolved by eBay message or over the phone.
