1. By placing a bid you agree that the auction will be governed by the rules in this section.

4. The placement of a bid constitutes a legal offer and may not be withdrawn after it is placed and may be accepted at any time.
5. The winning bid in any auction will be the highest bid which exceeds the reserve.
6. If your bid wins we will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance.
7. If your bid is followed by a higher bid which is later removed by us for whatever reason, it will be open to us to accept your bid, as if the higher bid had never been made.
8. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any bids.
9. All auctions are conducted in pounds sterling and include VAT.
10. All auctions are subject to a booking fee of £20 per advertised ticket over and above the closing price of the auction.
11. If you win but your credit card is rejected by our systems we reserve the right to give the item to another bidder.

14. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Switch and other debit cards. Payment by credit card is subject to a fee of 2%.
15. Any holidays purchased using this site cannot be resold under any circumstances.
16. To place a bid, you must be 18 years of age or older.
17. All auctions will be governed by English law and any dispute shall be dealt with by the English courts.
