We use Royal Mail, DHL & Interlink. We aim to process your order within 48 hours, but try our very best to send your items out on the same day we receive cleared payment, that's if received by 2pm on a business day.
We will always let you know, if for any reason, that there is any delay in posting goods.

Returns Policy

Any item that needs to be returned must be 'booked-in' for return by contacting us via eBay's messaging system. We will refund 100% of the item cost. Buyers will be responsible for the postal cost to return an item, unless it is faulty, and then a replacement will be sent free of charge.

For the purpose of ‘traceability’ there is a small code chemically etched onto every tool we supply. This code identifies it as a tool supplied by toolspecific and is used to confirm the age of a tool when being returned to us under the guarantee.

Therefore no proof of purchase needs to be kept in a safe place,
just keep hold of the tool, and your covered!
