These little modern handmade bears are created for collectors.  I use all kinds of materials from traditional mohair to faux fur, velvet and even cotton.

I specialise mainly in miniature bears but do some up to 10 inches tall aswell.

All my bears are one-of-a-kind and come with their very own birth certificate. 

I have recently started making much larger bears, the latest being a 2 foot 6 inch bear for a customer in London.  A real whopper!!

I have now started making cats, elephants, bunnies etc..and still expanding on my range- all are designed and made by myself from pattern to finished creature.

I do take commissions, so if you require something specific or personalised I am always happy to help. 

My bears are fully jointed for posabilty and filled with polyester wadding, some have steel shots/ glass beads in for extra weight.

A bear I made for a friend's 40th

Since about 1999, I have been a florist but since having my two boys (in 2004 and 2007) I have gradually reduced my hours until January of this year when I left work to become a full-time Mum!  It has given me more time to concentrate on my boys and my bears!!

I live in Torquay in Devon, where I have live for over 20 years and I have been making bears since the year 2000.  I love creating their innocent little faces and experimenting with new features, patterns and materials. 

 All bears are of my own design and every bear is completely hand stitched...therefore a lot of hours go into each one!  Many an evening (after the boys have gone to bed) I can be seen sewing away at these bears!

I also make a lot of 'bear boxes' in which bears come attached to a little trinket box.

They are made in a smoke free family environment and each one is patiently waiting to be adopted..want to give a bear a loving home???

These bears are not for children due to containing small parts and joints etc and are not machine washable.
