• We are happy to replace and refund all pruchase, and if it is our mistake we will also refund the postage!
• All our products are despatched in high quality jiffy bags with additional bubblewrap where items are fragile or collectible.
• Products are despatched 1st Class Royal Mail, or by courier as specified by the customer.
