Payment:
Please pay for your item/s with in 7 days from the auctions end.
Payment forms accepted:
- PayPal (preferred & is the only method accepted from overseas buyers)
- Postal Order (uncrossed)
- Cash (on collection only)
- Bank Transfer (e-mail to arrange)
Please include with your payment:
- The Auction number
- The item title
- Your eBay ID
If no payment has been made with in 7 days, unless prior informed, a non paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay. You will then have 7 days from that point in which to pay. If you have still not paid, then a non paying bidder strike will be placed on your account, which can lead to account suspension. Negative feedback will also be left.
Shipping:
Items are posted the next day following payment being received/cleared.
UK:
Items are posted Royal Mail 1st Class unless you choose otherwise. Recorded, Special Delivery, Standard Parcels and Courier prices can be obtained upon request. Some higher value items will not be able to be sent 1st class due to the low compensation value (2) if the item goes missing.
Overseas:
Items are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail. This service usually takes 4-10 days for items to be delivered. Please choose Royal Mail International Signed For if you require greater security. This is usually an additional .50 on top of the standard Airmail fee.
Item not received?:
If you do not receive your item and think it may be lost, please contact me, i will need to wait 15 days from the date the item was despatched before i can put in a claims form on your behalf. This is Royal Mails policy.

Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please package the item accordingly and send it back to the address on your parcel. Items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, meaning all boxes, seals, tags, must still be in place where appropriate.
Refunds will be given for 100% of the purchase price, minus the original P&P charge. I shall refund the P&P charge only if an error was caused by myself. If so, i shall refund the cost of sending the item back as well. Refunds only given when the item has been received back and not before the parcel has been sent.
Please e-mail me if you are going to return an item so i am aware to expect it. Include a copy of your invoice/packing slip with the return.
Items should be returned by recorded delivery. I can not issue a refund if i have not received the item back.
