Winning bidders will receive an email from us within 2 hours of auction close, with instructions on completing the transaction.

We accept Credit Cards (Only through PayPal or Bidpay not over the phone), or you can mail Money Orders or well-concealed Cash (at your own risk).
We also will accept personal checks from US customers, but they will be held 7 days before your item will ship.

Items are shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt.

Paypal payments NOTE:
We can only ship to the address sent to us by Paypal. IF you need the item sent to a gift address, Add the address to your paypal account and select that address.

Please note: For items to be shipped together, they must be paid for at the same time.
The easiest way to combine items is to use the Clickout! link in the winning bidder (WBN) email, which is sent to you shortly after the close of the auction.
It will automatically combine all your different items and provide you with the bulk shipping discount.
You can then also see what other hard to find & out of print titles we have available.

Insurance for CDs is optional: For orders under $50 please add $1.30 / For orders over $50 add $2.
If your CD order is lost or damaged and you did not purchase insurance, we are not responsible.

Auction winners must pay within 14 days of auction close or the appropriate actions will be taken.
Positive feedback will be posted for all successful transactions.
Sales Tax of 8.25% applies to all orders in Calfornia.

U.S. Orders are shipped by 1st class or Priority mail with delivery confirmation. (Average Arrival 3-9 Days)
International orders are all shipped by Airmail. (Average Arrival 5-12 Days)
Insurance is optional on CDs, but automatically included on all U.S. orders for DVDs and VHS tapes.

Please do NOT:
1> Send emails letting me know that your payment will be or has been sent in the mail - When I receive your payment I will ship your item and send you a email notifying you that your item is on the way.
2> Ask if I have received your payment from PayPal or Bidpay - If unsure, please check your account balance and verify that you sent the payment to the correct email address - if you have, once again I will email you when your product goes out.
3> Email me to tell me that you have received the product and would like me to post positive feedback - I will always post positive feedback the same day I ship your product. If you receive your product and are happy with it, please let me know by placing positive feedback.
