VAT  -  For all EU customers, VAT will be included in the total sale price at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.  Customers outside the EU will need to contact Tornado Systems before purchasing.

PAYMENT - Paypal is preferred and we accept all major debit and credit cards.

DELIVERY - Stock items are shipped within 24 hours of cleared funds. All Ebay shop and online auction items are stock items and will be posted, assuming the financial transaction and delivery details have been completed.   We will notify you should there be a delay as a result of upgrading or modifying products for you.

REFUNDS/RETURNS - Consumers in the E.U. must return goods to us by Special Delivery, (at your own cost and risk).  We will refund the purchase price on receipt and having checked that the condition of the goods is as despatched to you.  The refund covers the original postage charge only.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Correspondence will only be carried out via the Ebay website.  Whilst we are happy to re-list a product in order for someone local to collect, they must purchase the product using their PayPal account, and only on receipt of the finances clearing our PayPal account will the purchaser be given details of where and when to collect.

SHIPPING - We only post to the UK by Special Delivery and appropriate packaging is included in our delivery/postage quotation.  Insurance is included.  Purchasers from outside the UK should email mark@tornadosystems.com to enquire about the appropriate postal rate for you.  If you purchase multiple items a cumulative postage quote will be adjusted.
