I warmly welcome you and would like to introduce myself ..... my name is dawn ,i have a wonderful husband and three beautiful children whom i love dearly,without their help and support i would not be able to provide the service i do ,

i first started on ebay 6 years ago ,i made my dresses as a hobby at first but then took the plunge to become self employed  

I have been a seamstress for over 25 years ...longer if i count my school days ..... and i have a deep passion for creating wonderful garments,wether its a garment for a special occassion .... a unique costume.....or a one off design .....i get so much enjoyment from each one i make and watching the fabric transform into a fabulous ensemble

please be assured that i am fully dedicated to what i do ,i always make my garments myself with care and attention to detail.... these are not off the peg dresses nor mass produced ,each one is individually made insuring you recieve  satisfaction

on my listings ladies you will see i only list my dresses as a 3 sized dress ....why is this you ask when others list a mulit fit dress? ....with the experience i have i know what the dresses will look like on each size lady as they have been tryed and tested when i first started making a 3 size dress  

the clever construction i put together helps this to work within the dress , i will not list the dress as multi fit for all sizes as i know it would not be a proper fitment on the shoulder line ,bust line and across the back ,  i feel it would be unfair of me to say it fits a big multi size , i choose to stick to the guidelines for trading standards and manufacturing

if you see a dress on ebay i have listed  but it is not your size and would like one making i can do this for you , i will work alongside you to provide you with the dream dress for your special event

i do try to make some of my dresses unique and do not list all i make on ebay , the reason for this sadly is my dresses do get copied by other sellers who have been downloading my pics and trying to copy what ive made...which i do feel that this is a compliment however after 5 years of people copying my work i have now taken other steps to prevent this ......anyone found to be doing this will be reported to ebay as this infringes on my interllectual property rights ,i do not always work from a basic pattern.... i make my own designs ......the gowns i have created are the ones that will be reported if you copying them

returns policy

 garments which are handmade to order  on either auction style or buy it now  cannot be returned as these have been made to your measuremnts  ...... the  .....it is your responsibilty to give me the correct measurements ,which i do tell you how to do this correctly and i make the garments to what you tell me to ,this is in accordance with the exempt items section of the distance selling act 2002

refunds will only be given on faulty garments bought on a buy it now i do inspect all garments prior to posting any fault found i will inform you via email  before i send item to avoid disappointment

 a replacement will be given if available if required  

please email me or phone as soon as your item has been recieved so we can resolve your problems quickly , i have all my items tracked so i know when you recieve your parcel , if any returns are to be sent back to me  this is at a cost to yourself  and must be sent by a tracking method as the garment is your responsability until i have signed for the delivary

i will not accept back any garment that has been worn  or if my tickets  have been removed ...if a return is to be made by you the buyer this must be in perfect unworn and in the same condition as recieved

if you have made a mistake in buying the wrong size dress  i will exchange your dress where ever i can and if i cant make the same dress an alternative will be offerred whilst im not obliged by law to do this i am a reasonable lady and do realise that sometimes we don't always buy the correct size  hope this is helpful information for you xxx
