Velvet Visions 2006 is launched !!!!!!
Lyn... When I retired from 15 years of Driving Instructing, I was involved in setting up a small retail Garden Centre & Plant Nursery which flourished nicely. As the family grew and took over the business I was then looking for something to occupy my time, so decided (very reluctantly) to explore the technical world myself, soon discovering eBay !! The business all began with the selling of a few items of jewellery, which soon led to the discovery that whilst jewellery was an easy item to purchase finding suitable boxes in which to present these was far more problematic. So began the search for high quality presentation box suppliers and manufacturers. As the source of suppliers increased so did the sales until I no longer traded in the jewellery, just the presentation boxes !!
Velvet Visions... Many of our valued customers will remember us as Boxer VT, at a time in which we dealt in both... Computer Software, Peripherals and Jewellery Boxes all under the same business name. As the jewellery presentation box side grew it was evident that a new company should be formed with its own identity... and thus Velvet Visions was borne Our eBay shop was extended and the name was changed and we launched our website:
We feel we have encompassed within our business the attributes learnt over many years... adopting a disciplined approach to all business dealings and high standards of customer care learnt from our previous successful business ventures. We are fiercely proud of our business, the goods we offer and the service we provide. We believe this is second to none providing a professional and efficient service, whilst retaining that all important, personal and friendly touch.
