About Me
I have been buying and selling on eBay for a number of years and conducted thousands of transactions. I am very efficient when it comes to paying for auctions won, renowned as a very fast payer. I also ensure that all my buyers get their positive feedback as soon as they've paid, and despatch items daily.
I travel to the Post Office every day, Monday to Friday ONLY (assuming I have something to post of course!), and I take care that all items are packaged to protect them from the journey they are undertaking. I do not post on Saturdays. All items paid for by 3.00pm British Time Monday to Friday will be despatched on the day of payment, otherwise on the next postal day (So after 3.00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday payers will have their items depatched on Monday, assuming that's not a public holiday of course).
My postage and packaging charges are fair, including the actual postage amount, a little for packaging (I often need to use new packaging or extra items to protect the contents like bubble wrap, cellophane pockets etc) and a small handling charge to cover petrol/parking charges. I do NOT charge for eBay fees nor do I charge for PayPal fees (unlike some sellers - see my recent guide about Postage and Packaging Charges).
I
always combine postage and packaging charges for multiple purchases.
Unlike a recent seller who refused to combine for
two separate comics I'd bought because, he said, he'd already bought the packaging
so would be sending separately - of course that was untrue - when
the two comics arrived it was in one plain brown envelope.
He had sold the two comics for £0.01 each and was therefore
ensuring profit from postage & packaging in contravention of eBay policy.
I
set great store by the feedback system and always leave feedback for my buyers
and sellers.
Those who do not
leave me feedback - how am I supposed to know if you're a happy customer?
PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK
