REMINDER ON WHY I SHOULD / HOPE TO RECEIVE 5* DSR'S ON ALL 4 RATINGS :
1) How quickly did the seller dispatch the item? I always ship items the same day or by the next working day - which is well above eBay standards. And if their is a delay in you receiving your order, then it is beyond my control and therefore I should not be marked-down because of postal delays.
2) How reasonable were the P&P charges? I only charge just above cost on postage, and do not profit from the total shipping costs. I try my best to work out shipping costs in advance to help with processing orders quicker, and I never charge extra fees for handling or eBay and PayPal fees, and any extra costs charged will go towards packing materials.
3) How satisfied were you with the seller's communication? I always notify buyers instantly on receiving their payment, and the same goes for when customers orders have been shipped. I also do my best to reply to any questions asked, as soon as it is possible....and never ignore my customers!
4) How accurate was the item description? I always do my best to describe honestly and accurately, and I never use stock photos - as all my pictures are of the actual item being received. Any important information will always be added to the items description, especially wear, and I can always send further more detailed information including better quality photos on request. If anything, I usually under-describe the quality. Also, please be aware that eBay only allow for pictures up to a poor picture quality and size for listings, and so I can only provide up to their standards for my listings - which is why I always offer my customers the opportunity to have more detailed and accurate photos on request.

EXPLANATION ON GAME WEIGHTS AND MY SHIPPING PRICES
Game weights can vary quite a bit. A Mega Drive / Genesis game complete can weigh between 100g and 300g, where as a Master System game can weigh between 100g and 200g. I base my average weight per complete game as 200g, which allows for any discrepancies and means I can work out costs in advance - this average weight also allows for paper boxed games which can weigh as little as 100g but will need shipping in a card box, and so by allowing for the extra weight of the card box it averages out at 200g. Therefore, some packages will be over my estimated costs and some will be under but I find it makes for a much more fluid transaction, and most importantly it allows customers to work out the costs in advance.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES HAVE A PRICE-BREAK ON 2KG - Therefore, I can only ship up to 2kg in total weight for overseas packages before I have to start a new package. Given my estimate of 200g per complete game, this means I can only get up to 8 games per 2kg - although sometimes I may get a few more or less depending on the total weight of games and if a large card box is used etc.
ALL PACKAGES WILL BE SAFELY PACKED USING BUBBLE-WRAP, AND WHERE APPROPRIATE IN A BUBBLE-WRAP-LINED JIFFY BAG (1 or 2 games only), AND LARGER ORDERS (3 or more games) IN BUBBLE-WRAP AND WRAPPED IN STRONG PARCEL PAPER, OR BUBBLE-WRAPPED IN A BOX.
