Items delayed or lost in transit.
We will do our best to track items, lost or delayed in the postal service. All items sent by standard Royal Mail will need to be missing over 14 days after day of posting (not including Sundays). All items sent by standard mail including 1st & 2nd class are not trackable. Only premier services can be tracked, inc special delivery and courier service. Goods still lost after 14 days will be resent by us, no refunds for lost or delayed items. This applies to UK addresses, for European adresses Royal mail need 30 days before they will consider the item lost.
Please bear this in mind when items have not arrived. The odd customer gets very upset when an item does not turn up when expected, we are also upset too as it means a lot of work our end. We obtain proof of posting on all our parcels so you can be assured of excellent service but sometimes dispite our best efforts items go astray, once posted its beyond our control. I hope you can understand. Please bear with us if this happens. On a positive note we send out anything from 200-500 parcels a week and we rarely get problems. So fingers crossed but we do our best if the worst happens.
