Why the name "Wallace and Grommit"  you might ask?  Well, it all started with our family pet dog, who the kids christened "Grommit" and I couldn't think of anything better at the time! I sell full time on Ebay, so you are assurred of a prompt and professional service.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT:

Ebay can be quite impersonal at times, with faceless sellers sending automated emails. So if you have a question about any of my items, or how to buy, or how to use Paypal, please feel free to call me: 07906 145872  (but not too late at night please).  I can "talk you through" most problems.

If you are new to Ebay, buying can seem a little daunting at first. You are faced with several options and it is easy to make a mistake. I guess the best watchword is DON'T click on any "BUY" buttons unless you are sure that you want to spend some money.
 

WHAT I WILL DO:

• I will dispatch goods ASAP (please read my feedback below).
• I will email you (and phone where necessary) every step of the way
• I will treat you as I would like to be treated myself
• Every new item has a 12 months warranty.
• Customer Care (after a sale) is paramount

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO: 

Security is at the top of most peoples concerns. These days, most transactions are pretty safe and the risk lies is more with me (the seller), than with you (the buyer). The best way to play it safe is to look at a sellers feedback. Regular sellers get a few negative comments from time to time, but if a seller has a string of recent negative comments, steer clear. Anyone with less than 99.0% feedback rating should be treated with caution.

• Look for Power Sellers who have a lot of sales under thier belt.
• Check the total postage cost
• Check the total cost of the goods
• Check where the goods are going to be posted from (the sellers country will be named under the sellers feedback rating)
• Check for hidden surcharges for paying by Paypal (a lot of sellers do this, but I DO NOT ADD ANY EXTRA COSTS)

Most of all, have fun and grab yourself a bargain, because that's what eBay is all about.
