PayPal is our preferred method of payment. It allows us to dispatch orders more quickly.
Items will be Dispatched once Payment is Received.

Will usually dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail first Class, If a more secure shipping method is required 1st Class Recorded and Next Day Special Delivery are also available. Shipping prices will vary depending on the item.

The Shipping Charge for Multiple item orders will only be made for the first item all subsequent items will incur no shipping charge.
We ship World Wide. All Shipping to destinations outside of the UK is sent via Royal Mail AirMail or International signed for cost will vary depending on item and destination.

The main reasons for returns are below, however we understand there may be reasons outside of these that you may need to return goods to us.

Goods Faulty on Arrival

If you are reporting faulty goods within 14 days of receipt, and when the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period

If you are reporting faulty goods after 14 days of receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. This does not affect your rights to claim against us under the Sales of Goods Act (as amended) if the goods do not conform to the contract and the manufacturer does not repair or replace the goods or offer you an alternative remedy.

If You Have Changed Your Mind

If you have changed your mind, and the goods have not been in your possession for over 10 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will: * not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturers seals. * not load software onto any PC or laptop. * return in good condition all packaging, manuals, cables etc * return the goods in a condition that would enable SaffDirect to resell them as new. Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Note: Return carriage costs paid by the customer unless the item is faulty in which case return postage will be refunded.
