All items we are selling have a 24 months producer guarantee. Please keep the invoice you will get for these 24 months.

Please let us know your favourite colouring as soon as possible after the purchase. If you want us to send the item to any other adress than saved on ebay please forward this adress prompt.

Faulty item or return policy:
Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition.Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.Please notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the item being faulty.
In the unlikely event that when you receive your item and you are not happy with it, you can return the item within 14 days to us in its original unused condition at your own cost and we will offer you a full refund minus p&p for the item of the original purchase price.
