Your Commitment

Please do not bid if you do not agree to our terms of trade or if you do not intend to pay for the goods.  Those who bid are obliged to pay!

Please complete checkout within three days of the auction closing date and payment within seven days.  Buyers who do not complete checkout causes the eBay system to malfunction and this will cause delays for those buyers.

Delivery

Parcel deliveries will be delivered by Parcel Force, tracking numbers are available on request.  For all pallet deliveries we use Palletline.  For all orders sent out we need contact names and at least two contact numbers.  There will be a £25 charge for any miss deliveries.  When your items have left our warehouse you will receive an automated dispatch email through eBay, your goods will then be with you the next working day.  If your goods are being delivered via Palletline we always request a tail-lift so the pallet can be wheeled within reason to the delivery address.

For some of our larger lots you can contact www.j9logistics.co.uk or email j9logistics@yahoo.co.uk.  On average this service can save you up to 50% on eBay shipping costs.  This service works on a price per mile basis, £1.25 per loaded mile, minimum £40.  This works so the closer you are to Bournemouth the cheaper the cost will be.  For local deliveries a rate will apply.




Our Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 5 days.  All returns must include all of the original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and if applicable all the original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc.  Please allow 3% margin for broken or faulty goods.  Please allow a 5% variance in the stock amounts.  Please also be aware that items received may differ slightly from those shown in the eBay advert.  Software sales are non refundable.  Please note that as soon as you have signed for or taken the goods from our warehouse we will not be responsible for breakages or shortages.  Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.  We will deduct our eBay fees plus a 10% re-stocking fee.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back to us.
