WARRANTY & RETURNS
All Dell sales come with warranty as advertised in the item description, which is provided directly by dell.
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges at our discretion.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Replacement item will be shipped only after receipt and inspection of original item.
- If the original operating system has been replaced or wiped clean, this voids any return policies and you have to deal with dell under the warranty
- Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if found to be not faulty or if the original configuration has been altered or returned to the buyer at their cost.
- It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product
Return Procedures
Please send an email via the ebay messaging system to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
