sealed box, end of line.
These items are completely brand new and unused, as you would buy from a
high street store or online retailer but have been (or are due to be)
superseded with a new model. These items still have the full manufacturers
warranty.

sealed box, box damaged.
These items are completely brand new and unused, as you would buy from a
high street store or online retailer but have had the box damaged. The box
damage will be minor and will not affect the item inside unless stated
otherwise. These items still have the full manufacturers warranty.

New and unused,
opened box. These items
are completely brand new and unused, as you would buy from a high street
store or online retailer but have had the box opened. The box may have been
opened for a number of reasons such as a customer wanting to view the item,
or it has been sent to a customer, they have opened the box and it is not as
they had expected (e.g. the wrong colour / wrong size) so returned it to the
supplier. These items still have the full manufacturers warranty.

As new, ex
display model. These
items have been used for ex demo / ex display models, used for a short
period but will usually show no signs of use (unless described otherwise).
These items will usually still be in their original boxes with all original
accessories unless described otherwise. These items still have the full
manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise.

Refurbished /
2nd User Items. These
items have been used but have been cleaned and tested in working order.
These items would usually be without any original packaging and accessories
(each listing will state specifically what is included). These items will
usually be supplied with a set period return to base warranty with
ourselves, unless still covered under a manufacturers warranty.

Customer
returned / Faulty Items.
These items may be new or used but have damage or faults that impair the
function of the item. All faults / damage will be stated in the listing.
These items are sold as spares or repair, as described, without warranty
unless stated otherwise.
As we specialise in
'graded' stock, considerable savings can be made on retail and trade prices,
simply because the box has been slightly damaged or opened.
We have an excellent
eBay record with over 99% positive feedback and will always be happy to help
resolve any problems after purchase or assist with any queries prior to
purchasing.
We hold the items in
stock, ready to ship, and most orders are shipped within 2 working days of cleared
payment and delivered shortly after that (delivery time dependant on shipping
method used).

Oversized items and items over 30 KGs will be shipped on a pallet on a 2-3 day service. A next day service is also available, please contact us for a quote. |

Payment must be within 7 Days of purchase unless additional time has been agreed, if no payment has been received during this 7 days, eBay will be alerted and unpaid item reminders and strikes will be issued. || Payment will be accepted by any of the methods shown above, no surcharges for any method used. || Items will not be shipped until full payment is received and cleared. || Items paid with a Paypal ‘e-Cheque’ will be sent once cleared (usually 7-10 days) |

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS DELIVERY ONLY AS THEY ARE HELD IN A STORAGE FACILITY WHICH WE HAVE LIMITED ACCESS TO. || Shipping prices quoted are for mainland UK only, this does not include the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland. All these areas and all other areas outside the UK are subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote to these areas. || All shipping costs include insurance up to the value of the goods. || Any shipping discrepancies must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt. || Please provide a telephone number for all items as the couriers will require this before delivering the item. || We aim to ship all items within 2 working days of cleared payment, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances it may be slightly longer. || If you have any reason to suspect the item may have been damaged in transit please sign for it as unchecked. || Items are not shipped out on weekends or public holiday periods. |
| Returns |
In the unlikely event that an item is received as faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us on the details above. || Any items supplied with a manufacturers warranty will be covered by the manufacturer in the event of any faults developing. || Any items supplied with a Return To Base (RTB) warranty will be covered by ourselves for the stated period only. || Any faulty / incorrectly described items that do require return will require an RMA number supplied upon request. Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused. || Any faulty / incorrectly advertised items will be replaced / repaired or refunded upon receipt and your shipping costs will be reimbursed upon request. (Please provide us with proof of shipping costs). || Any returned items that do not have a fault or were incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 35% admin and restocking fee (or a minimum of £5.00, whichever is greater), shipping costs will also not be refunded. |
