Our office hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm. All messages received within these times will be answered the same day. We will endeavour to answer messages received at weekends before the following Monday, where possible.
All our shoes listed are in stock in our warehouse and dispatched 1st class Royal Mail by the next working day at the latest. Therefore, providing Royal Mail aren't on strike, you should experience lightning speed delivery!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
BUY IT NOW FORMAT
We offer a no quibble Return and Exchange policy. We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a full refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt, as long as they are unmarked and in their original box, complete with internal packaging. Once received in re-saleable condition, any refunds will be processed within 24 hours. Returns P&P costs will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty. P&P on exchange items is payable.
AUCTION FORMAT
All items purchased via Auction are non-refundable. However, we offer the option to exchange the item for an alternative,
- of equal value, plus P&P.
- of greater value, plus the difference and P&P.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Please contact us stating whether you require a refund, (Buy It Now only), or an exchange, giving the reason. The returns address can be found on our "About Me" page. Please include your name, address and Ebay user ID in the parcel. Please do not write on or tape the box.
