Postage & Packaging

All items are dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received, usually 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Large, bulky or fragile items may take longer.

Most small items are sent via Royal Mail first class recorded and will require a signature on delivery.

All large/bulky items are sent via Courier

Courier prices stated on listings are for UK Mainland delivery only. If you live elsewhere i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, etc, please contact us for a postage quote.

Once goods are sent, we will send you an email letting you know.

Like all ebayers, once we have dispatched your items we are completely dependant on the relevant postal service. If you feel your items are taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to track for you.

Combined P&P

If you purchase more than 1 item, we will endeavour to combine the postage & packaging for you. Sometimes however due to the size and weight of the items, this isn't always possible.

If you purchase more than 1 of the same item, postage and packaging will automatically be combined using the prices stated on the listing.

Problems/Returns

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Full refund will be issued once the item has been returned.
